When?

Out of curiosity, when will those of us not able to attend East Coast conventions be able to see the battle cards you've worked out so far.

I know that you all have other things to take up your time (such as non-game designing jobs), but I really like the game so far and would like to get a better idea of what the "full game" will be like (allies, battle cards, etc.).

Even just "playtest/work in progress" battle cards would be great if they were compiled in one place.

The answer is very soon, especially in terms of the allies for both the army lists and the rules. We have a new version of the rules almost ready for release and it includes allies. The new version of Meshwesh that includes allies in the listing is also almost ready.

The Battle Cards are a separate deal.

Hi Fab,

The answer is as soon as we are done working on it... maybe I should quote George R.R. Martin on this one!
The reality is that we are probably looking at an initial release of battle cards and then some releases further in the future. But for the initial release it is safe to say that we will be happy to make them available as soon as they are ready :)

With Martin doesn't the TV show run ahead of the books? And are you going to kill off all the rules we like?

So we are scrubbing up the 16-18 battle cards that we feel are ready for prime time, and will release them on this forum soon. That will allow everyone to try them out and see how they work. They will still be in "draft" state, so feedback will be appreciated before we finalize them, integrate them into the rules as well as Meshwesh, etc.

Hopefully you will see them here sometime in the next several weeks.
