War Wagons vs Horse Bow

On page 39, 76.3 Evade, it states that Horse Bow, Battle Taxi, Chariots in the open can evade any foot except "Archers, Pavisiers, Skirmishers, Bow Levy or Artillery". Shouldn't War Wagons be just as deadly to Horse Bow? The logic is that troops using missile weapons can shatter Horse Bow and War Wagons definitely have missile weapons.

Hm. Interesting. You have a point. (although "shatter" isn't what happens -- what we're talking about is "Not Evading" when doubled, i.e. dying if doubled).

I'll add it to the short list of things we'll talk about in maybe five years or so, when we start thinking about v1.1.
