Even though that the rules are not finished, I have started rebasing my dwarf army to be able to field them with Triumph:
Some details:
I have classed my Clansmen as Heavy Infantry, dwarves with heavy armor and 2handed weapons as Elite Infantry.
My Slayers are based as Warriors, the big metallic walker will be used as a War Wagon.
Bugman's Beerwagon will be used either as camp or as a kind of a carraccio (with the fitting battlecard) - you need something to fight for!!!
And yes, that's more than 48 points. Leaves me with some options...

Re: Dwarves
Very Nice!
Re: Dwarves
Looks like I need to do a fantasy game video to show off some of the draft rules
Re: Dwarves
That would be just perfect timing
I am just in the process of finishing some high elves as opponents for my dwarfs - hope that I can post them later today or tomorrow...

Re: Dwarves
Please do!! That would be terrific to see.
I've already signed up to run a game of Triumph! with my own homebrew fantasy Greyhawk rules at GaryCon next March. I'd love to see how what I'm doing compares to what your doing for the official game.
Re: Dwarves
I did a sologame last night, baseed on the "Grudge of Drong" setting from Warhammer.
A small affair where a group of high elves tries to stop some drunken rebellious dwarves.
Is was a basic game with small contingents, no camp and no special fantasy rules.
The armies faced off over a line drawn in the dust of an abandoned valley (impassable side areas with some treacherous terrain in front - old dwarven mining tunnels with a chance to collapse).
In the end there were a lot of dead elves lying in the dust and the rebellious dwarves moved on...
It was a lot of fun, with arrogant dragon princes under constant fire from dwarven bolts, high elf cavalry vanishing in a cave in, a duzzled dwarven commander more or less standing around for the whole game etc.

I want to be the dwarven general......
Re: Dwarves
Guess he got sober when he was shot at by the elves - afterwards he was only standing around and trying to figure out what the hell was going on around him
