Anyone have any suggestions for 15mm light spear figures?
Every spearman I find has a shield. Was hoping to get some without, to match the description in the rules.

For which army? There are lots, but it depends what you want them to look like.

If you are looking for dark ages or medieval type figures, I would take a look at the "Feudal Castings" line. They have some Scots infantry with spears and no shields. They could work for many periods - shaggy hair, beards, tunic, trousers. Plus they are nice castings. They were sold for a while as "Sergeant Major Miniatures" but I believe they are now carried by Thistle and Rose. The owner, Bill Hupp, frequents these forums. I don't think they have a website, but you can look on Facebook for "Thistle and Rose". Or, check with "Scale Creep Miniatures", that may be where Bill is selling them.
Wait, here they are:

Perfect, thanks for the suggestions.
I also found some Early Renaissance medium spearmen from Essex that could do the trick, too. They're generic, which is perfect.
