Campaign Book General Structure

We're about 70 pages into the rough draft of Campaign Book #1. Current structure/design looks like this:
Overview section: how to run these campaigns, general campaign rules, details needed to run the campaigns
Seven campaigns, each with all the information needed to run it:

Seven campaigns, each with all the information needed to run it:
- Background (historical context and situation)
- Campaign Map
- Army lists for all nation-states
- Campaign-specific map rules (topographies, naval movement, wild areas, special movement)
- Campaign-specific special rules (CMAT modification, special victory points, initial alliances, etc.)
- Biblical (Babylon to the fall of Assyria, essentially)
- Classical (Greek and Macedonian and Punic Wars, mostly)
- Roman (Marian Roman to the fall of Rome, mostly)
- Dark Ages
- Crusades (Early Medieval interaction between Europe and the Orient, mostly)
- Medieval (13th-15th century Europe, mostly)
- Asia (China, India, Southeast Asia, and we're throwing the Americas in here too)
