Komnenan Byzantine list question

Happy Easter !
Under the Heavy foot the Kontaratoi can get a Battle card 0-1 Plaustrella Can I equipt 2 stands of Kontaratoi with Plaustrella ? The 0-1 has me a bit confused .

Maximum of 1 Plaustrella. You may take 0, or you may take one.

Ok Thanks , For the info . I find that 1 is not worth it in my experience . Thanks for the info .
