I've finished my first Triumph! army, as part of my World of Greyhawk wargaming project. This one is the County of Sunndi, which is a realm in the southeastern portion of the World of Greyhawk maps. I'm not a very good figure painter, but I think these guys came out pretty good, all told.
This is one of the armies that I'll be using when I run my Greyhawk Triumph! game at GaryCon next year (assuming there is a GaryCon!).

Skirmishers from the interior of the country, armed with crossbows:
Hillmen skirmishers, armed with slings:

Woodsmen (human) archers:
Bad Horse (the unit with the Sunndise flag is the general of the army):
Elven skirmishers:
Gnomish light spear:
Halfling skirmishers:
And finally dwarven elite foot (loyal in this case to the Count of Sunndi, rather than their kin in the Iron Hills):
