Some Historicon Pictures

Post by Rod » Mon Jul 16, 2018 12:08 pm

Just got back from Historicon and exhausted, but what a fun weekend.

I thought I would post a few shots here, many more I see have been posted on FB already.

First the demo tables were hopping each morning.

Both Sessions of Hastings and Pelennor Fields were full. Cynoscephalae also filled up, but I missed getting a picture of that one.

Marc pasted some great ones on Facebook.

Finally a last shot of the Saturday night Battle of Hastings after it was over. William did finally break through the line, but it was too little too late because the Norman flanks had collapsed and the Harold's men were charging down the hill to take advantage of the fleeing commands.

A great selection of photos Rod. It is nice to see that the "hoary old apple tree" made it on to Senlac Hill and that England remains Saxon.

Cheers,
Greg in the antipodes.
