Because he has the Trolls in his command.

It was a hard fought battle. Things looked bad in the center after the one Troll that managed to contact made mince meat of the High Elf infantry line. The Cataphracts held though and finally with a little help form the Humans managed to break the Orc Left wing. The Human Knights charged across the rear and engaged the Troll, finally stopping it's rampage. The Wood elves heroically held the left flank and even after being demoralized managed to kill the enemy General on that flank and break that command. Then a bad command roll by the Orcs on the Right and the entire command evaporated and fled. A close and hard fought victory for the Elves and Humans. But we are sure that we have not heard the last of the Orcs!
