Just thought I'd post and see if anyone had any big triumph based projects planned for this year?
The lads and I are just about to start a new campaign. I'm flat out painting the last of the troops we'll need (hopefully)
We are using 28mm 96pt armies (2 each) for the campaign.
Later Syro Hittites vs Neo Assyians vs Urartains.
On the attached map the
Assyians will start in Shadi-Kanni
Urartains in Milid
Hittites Tuwana

I got diverted and painted up three full boxes of miniatures for a 15mm skirmish game based on the old "Bushido" role-playing game from the 1980s, but intend to continue with my Bronze Age armies as the weather warms up. Next up is Urartu, so I would love to see what you have for them.
So for me in 2025:
1. Continue Bronze Age armies for Triumph! as I work my way slowly through the lists.
2. Paint the handful of OLD 25mm figures that I still have after buying them 45+ years ago. Not for Triumph! though.
3. Finish my Mordor and Gondor armies for a Triumph! campaign game.
4. Complete a few early samurai armies as opponents for my Emishi.
So for me in 2025:
