Here's a link to an AAR of a solo punic war game I was messing around with.

It was the 1st ancient game I've managed in a while so I forgot the odd rule or two.

Still a good battle. Hopefully catching up with a mate for some more games soon.

Gorgeous looking figs, and table. Agreed that doubled 15mm bases look fantastic.
Nice report too! Very clear, and easy to read and follow.

Also a feasible sounding battle.
Nothing particularly "gamey" occurred, which is reassuring, although perhaps you were just playing it that way
