...the terrain is OK for the Vandals & not so good fer the Romans:

...the Romans try to fight as fast as possible before the Alans can form a line...

...the main battle will definitely be fought in front of the enemy camp...

...the barbarians make tremendous breaches the Roman battle line...

...the Romans losses are too big, the battle lost...

...2nd battle: the Romans can set up more terrain, even a village on the opponents flank...

...this time i try to press forward to the barbarian camp, the enemy village is abandoned & already occupied by my raiders:

... after a tough and with the help of the Roman embrace it will be a victory for Rome ...

Good to see some games being played and some success for the torch holders of civilization against the circling wolves. It's been a while since my LIR's saw the light of day, I'm hoping I may get some inspiration when Forged in Battle release their Dark Ages line for general sale.
