Kingdom of Heaven-Cold Wars 2019

The kickoff for Cold Wars 2019 begins Thursday evening, March 14th. We will run another Triumph theme tournament, this time based on the "Crusader Kingdoms" theme in Meshwesh. Any 48pt list from that theme will be legal.
Also, in keeping with the convention theme of "extreme terrain," I'm planning to add some mechanism that will push the number of terrain pieces up to 4-6 for each engagement.
