October 27th, 2018 Pro or Con and flintcon February 9th, 2019 I plan to run the battle of Hastings in 28mm.

There is no PEL on the Pro or Con website yet. Do you know what time(s) you are running your event in October?

Right now I plan to run it in the morning session should start at 9AM, than probably a second time in the second session which usually starts at 2PM.
