Topography
Topographies are as follows:
  • Dry
    • Nabataea
    • Gassanid (Wild)
    • Lakhmid (Wild)
    • Central Parthia
    • Suren Indo-Parthian
    • Meroe

    • Commagene

    • Yue-Chi (Wild)

Wild Regions
Various powers occupy Wild Regions. When defending, they count as +1 maneuver rating greater than normal (including increased chance for a flank march).

Lakhmids and Gassanids ignore “Wild” penalties if invading each other (only).

Special and Naval Movement
Only Roman armies may move from Rhodes to Cyrene; Rome controls the Mediterranean.
The arrow from Elymais/Persis across the Persian Gulf is one-way – any nation may use it going to Arabia, but it cannot be used the other direction.

Only the Lakhmids and Gassanids may cross the Arabian Desert; Lakhmids and Gassanids are considered adjacent when such movement is used.

Dacia is considered adjacent to Sarmatia, and Sarmatia to the Yue-Chi, through connections above the Black and Caspian Seas. Only Dacia, Sarmatia, and the Yue-Chi may use those connections.

Alliance
The following groups start out as allies. This means they cannot invade each other initially and may move freely through each other’s territory, so long as they are allied.
  • Romans are allies to other Romans
  • Parthians are allies to other Parthians
These alliances exist only for the first strategic turn. Thereafter, all bets are off.

Sounds good Rod. Can you me a 48 point list for each one?

Thanks,
