Truimph! Printable Measuring Sticks - Where to Add?

Inspired by 'Greedo's most helpful Troop Summary card, I wish to add a .PDF of printable Measuring Sticks I've made, but cannot work out where to attach it. I see an Image icon, but when I click on that I just get url code.
(Or do I upload somewhere and add the Link?)

When you are making a message, you should see some add files below the box where you are typing.

Took a picture of my reply screen with the Add Files Button that should allow you to grab a file from your desktop.
