Not just Cataphracts. Elite Cavalry, Elephants, Chariots are all much more common General types than Cataphracts.

Under v1, War Wagons are completely immune to shooting by Archers, Pavisiers, or other War Wagons, whereas Horse Bow and Skirmishers cannot be destroyed merely by being shot at by artillery (tho they can still be pushed off the edge of the Earth by it). Skirmishers also cannot be destroyed merely by being shot at by War Wagons.
