Dave and I are working hard on finalizing the text; we are aiming for an Early Release version ready around Canada Day (1 July). Absent schedule complications for DS or me, we should make that deadline.

July 1st. We had to submit the text for the H'con PEL a month or two ago, and such fine details are not represented in the PEL.

We're running an FT tournament at H'con.
