Assyrian Wagon Lager
The Meshwesh list for Later Assyrians includes 0-1 Battle Card for a wagon lager at 1/2 pt. cost. Does the 1/2 pt cost round up to 1 pt since only 1 wagon lager is allowed? As the Assyrian general, I'd prefer it round down to 0, of course, or allow 2 wagon lagers at 1 pt. Any clarification would be appreciated.
