Early Swiss Camps?

I just finished painting an Early Swiss army for DS and myself (one each). What would an Early Swiss camp look like? Anything specific? Generic medieval camps are easy enough, but that's boring.

I big wheel of holey cheese on a table outside a tent?

Fondue pot that smells a little like sweaty gym socks? Not sure how you model the smell?

Guy blowing a ridiculously long horn?

At Historicon in July, other gamers provide the smell emulator. No modeling required.

Ooo, that might work. wikipedia says that some alphorn (the ridiculously long horns) parts survive from ca. 1400, and might have been used for long-distance communication in mountainous regions way before that.

Of course, as Frank suggests, our battle cry has to be "Riiiiiii-cola!"

Much easier to model than the smelly fondue.

I still think you need a wheel of cheese next to the guy :)

And a Swiss army knife to cut the cheese. :)

A barricade made from Toblerone chocolate.

Cheers,
