15mm Later Kofun and Asuka Camp

This camp is for the Later Kofun and Asuka Japanese (501 AD to 645 AD) army list. The inspiration is this reconstruction of a Kofun-era warehouse:
I had this model of a Japanese house from Hovels that had the right roof, so I used a Dremel tool with a sanding wheel to strip away all the exterior detail. It only took about 10 minutes; the sanding wheel was highly effective.
I cut supports, steps, and a door frame out of balsa and glued them in place.
The wooden slats on the sides were painted on over a black undercoat.
The final product:
Overall it looks pretty crude, but I am counting on the figures posed in front to draw the eye. I may go back and re-do the black horizontal line that has been obscured in places by over-zealous drybrushing and maybe add some beams in the corners to make them look less rounded/irregular.
Here are a few shots of how the camp will look on the game board.
