This camp depicts the exodus of the Hebrews from Egypt and their journey to Canaan. Moses stands on the high ground while people, animals, and baggage continue forward.
Most of the people have been converted to have the kind of clothing and head coverings seen in the Assyrian "Lachish" reliefs. The reliefs are from about 700 BC, so are about 300 years after the period covered by the Early Hebrew list. Still, Assyrian reliefs are the earliest known depictions we have of Hebrews and so provide the best available clue about their appearance.
Moses is a converted wizard figure; I believe from Battle Valor. The people and animals are from a wide variety of sources, including Old Glory, Donnington, Chariot, Corvus Belli, and even an old Stone Mountain brand baggage camel.
