15mm Viking Raiders Camp
This camp is for the Viking Raiders list. My army is going to have a lot of figures carrying loot, holding torches aloft, leading stolen cattle, prisoners, etc. so I thought the camp should reflect that theme. I was tempted to buy a bunch of Viking ships from Essex but decided to go for something simpler and cheaper. This barn is made from foam core that has been scribed using a ball point pen to simulate wood patterns. The roof is some thick cardboard overlaid with a piece of washcloth was soaked in white glue to simulate thatch. There are two LED candles inside. One is under the hole in the roof and one is pointed at the door. The building lifts off the base so that the LED candles can be accessed easily.
