These 15mm buildings from TRE Games are laser-cut MDF kits. Inexpensive and high quality. Go slow when building them though, because some parts can be delicate until they are glued in place. One is a merchants shop and the other is an elevated storehouse. The figures are 15mm Old Glory Japanese peasants.
Another tip: the Merchants House is a 2-step build. First the structure itself with plain walls, then all the intricate wood work is a separate piece to go over it like cladding. So paint the basic structure white then stain the cladding part BEFORE assembly!
