For my Sassanids I am allowed Armored Armenians as Spear. Roman Armenians are allowed as an Ally so I assume these Spear could be same. How would I paint them up...as Romans? Color schemes? Not impressed with what I have found so far on Google searches. Thanks in advance!

Ok so I would paint them based on Byzantine skutatoi from Justinian or Maurikian lists . The Byzantines relied on Armenian infantryman during that period / matching the years of your middle Sassanids .
