Sicily campaign kicks off

Post by Roundie » Fri May 20, 2022 12:36 am

Hi all
here is a link to a report on the first three turns in our mini-campaign based in Sicily 275bc.
Included in the report are the main map moves some brief battle reports and a PDF link to the campaign rules themselves.

Plz bear in mind the campaign rules are very basic and this is only our first playtest of them.

I'm not sure how they will run but any comments are welcome.

Hi ya

For those who may be interested turns 4 and 5 of our campaign are up
We are actually on turn nine already but I struggle with writing stuff up on the site so they'll have to come in another update.

Fantastic, by the way what software are you using to write up your campaign?

Cheers Rod

I haven't got much in the way of software sorry.

Just a Wordpress site with wpbakery page builder, which makes adding elements to the page very easy.
All the picture frames and artwork are done in sketchbook Pro with a Wacom pad. Which I really like.

It's pretty basic stuff and I'd like to try something better. However, given my limited time, budget and talent, better software may just make the process longer not better.
