I thought I'd posted about this here, but Lurkio recently released a Three Kingdoms to Northern Wei range for China very roughly AD 200-500. Relevant lists include Three Kingdoms and Western Jin, Xianbei and Murong Xianbei, Southern Xiongnu, Jiang and Qi*, Chinese Southern Dynasties, and Chinese Northern Dynasties.
* Assuming that the name indeed is a double typo for "Qiang and Di", as suggested in the minor errors thread.
