I am wondering why there is no army list for the Scythian's in Meshwesh?

They're under "Skythian".

We are overdue for a big update/refresh of the army metadata on Meshwesh (including the recently posted version of the Battle Card rules). We have added it to the source data, so it will be in after the next data update. So hopefully we can get that all done soon!

Yup “Skythi” will get you what you need, although I will say that the search engine in the front page has filters whereas if you’re searching from another army page, it’s slightly harder but south should work in either place.
