Oceanic lists

Oceania is covered by the following lists:
Maori 1100 to 1785 AD
Fiji, Samoa, or Tonga 1100 to 1785 AD
Hawaii 1100 to 1785 AD
Polynesian or Melanesian 1100 to 1785 AD
Other Melanesian 1100 to 1785 AD
The "Polynesian and Melanesian" list presumably covers all Polynesians except those of New Zealand, Samoa, Tonga, and Hawaii (well, at least those with populations large enough to raise something that may be considered armies); but which Melanesians is it supposed to cover as opposed to the "Other Melanesian" list?
Also, do the "Polynesian and Melanesian" have it's troop options switched about with the "Hawaii" one or something? The former, only, has the Papa-kaua pikemen, which I understand to have been a Hawaiian specialty.
Another thought: given your highly inclusive approach, maybe you'd want some sort of Micronesian list? Palau at least seems to have seen relatively large-scale warfare in the medieval period.
