There are at least five NW American lists:
  • Northern Maritime Nations
  • Central and Southern Maritime Nations (perhaps going to be called California Maritime Nations, although they extend up into Oregon)
  • Coast Range Nations
  • Columbia Basin Nations
  • Nations of the Plateau
The other large cultural groups we have identified are:
  • Plains Indians
  • Northeast Indians
  • Southeast Indians
  • Southwest Indians (Pueblo cultures?)
It isn't clear whether it will be possible to create army lists for all of those at the moment. The nations of the Great Plains, for example, were largely very disperse and living in smaller groups until the arrival of the horse around 1770. That makes them unlikely candidates for large-scale warfare army lists. Different problems exist for the Pueblo cultures, Anasazi and so on -- even though they clearly had large towns, we have essentially no information about their warfare (if any large-scale warfare even existed) before their extinction in the 1500s due to environmental factors.

I have the miniatures ready for Northern Maritime Nations, so that will be the one I'll be watching, but of course other lists will be interesting as well.

I'm in no hurry, just expectant.

Any estimate of when the list for the Tlingit people might be available? I'm planning an overseas purchase for the summer and I'd love to adapt my army for Triumph.

Have these been incorporated to the master database? Can we expect them to be updated anytime soon (say, this year)?
