Dumb questions

Salutations, gentlefolk !
A few questions (or nits to pick), from the Nov 3 2016 edition:
In section 34, "Breaking Off Close Combat",
In 34:3 "A stand which breaks off is restricted in how it may move"; 34:3:b "It may only move directly to its rear", and 34:3:c "it may not change its facing". This seems to be the only way, in the rules, for a stand to voluntarily 'move backwards'. Correct ?
So, if an enemy stand attacks your stand in Close Combat, you can back away keeping face to enemy, but if it moves up to one millimeter away and shoots, your stand can only move away by giving the enemy a shot at your dubka. Correct ?
In article 34.3.f; "a stand which breaks off ... may not end in contact with an enemy stand or camp".
Should this be read as:
"contact with an enemy stand or _enemy_ camp" or "contact with an enemy stand or _any_ camp"
Article 42: 'Conforming' - sections 42:1 and 42:2
Section 42:1 says "must...if", with no indication of any exceptions.
Section 42:2 says "must...if any of these conditions apply"
Either 42:2 is redundant, or 42:1 is missing some exceptions or qualfications. Correct ?
67:3 'Pass Through' seems to contradict 33:3 'Passing Through Friendly Stands'. Correct ?
Regardless, thanks for your work, and best wishes for success. Hope to have army ready for the Cold Wars tourney
Yours, John Desmond
