Are the increased movement rates for Bow Levy & Rabble in Fantasy Triumph expected to become the official rules for Standard Triumph? The faster move for Bow Levy makes a lot of sense.

The official rules for standard (historical) Triumph are as published.
In five years or more, when we finish selling all our first print run and we are reviewing whether any changes are necessary before making another print run, will we be considering whether to incorporate the increased movement rates for Bow Levy and Rabble? We will be considering it, yes. At that point.
If you want us to accelerate our consideration point, your best path is to ensure that we sell out of all our rulebooks earlier. Buy 10, 20, or 100! Give them as Christmas gifts to your friends, your relatives, your co-workers!

So, now I'm curious. What was the thinking behind the change. What considerations made it desirable in Fantasy?
I'm always interested in design processes.

I hate it if rules that work so perfect being changed!

There is no change. You can't get upset about a change that might, or might not, happen in the future. We might get lucky, and the sun will go supernova and we'll all be killed and you will have gotten upset for nothing!

It's better.
The point values for Rabble and Bow Levy were a little high for what you were getting; the mod to the movement rate fixed that up.

The slowness of Bow Levy made them problematic in play. They slowed the whole line down and didn't fight well. I would generally use them as camp guards.

This actually sounds pretty good.
I might use this as a house rule to see how it works out.
Would make hoplite rabble just a bit more useful.
Haven’t seen fantasy triumph.
Was fantasy rabble increased to 4MU and Bow Levy increased to 3MU?

That's correct.
