Army Charts

I was looking at the Battle of Hattin photos and saw what looked like army charts for each player. Were those made special for that game or is there a template that can be use to build any army? They looked really cool.

Those are charts I make specifically for the players at conventions to help them with my historical games. It is basically a condensed QRS which only has the troop types in that particular scenario to minimize information overload for new players.
