can a Group be eligible for a March move?

In other words, can the entire Group do a March Move with a total cost of 2 CP (1 for first move, 1 for March Move).

I think the answer is "NO," but I wanted to be sure.

Sure. But I see your point -- in 34.1 we say "A stand may.." (number is from the version 5 draft we're working on, and so probably isn't exactly the numbering you have).

We'll fix. Groups may make march moves. Thanks for pointing out the wording issue.
