Horse Bow Clarifications

Gentlemen,

Planning a project or two wherein Horse Bow will play a prominent role.

Wanted to be sure I understood the capability of this troop type before starting final phase of planning and production.

Looking over the QRS, I see and understand the general rules re BETTER SCORE vs DOUBLED SCORE.

However, I wanted to make sure of a few things.

Horse Bow will SHATTER Archers and or Bow Levy if they beat them in melee - Yes?

2. If Horse Bow lose against Heavy Foot by score of 8 to 4, then the Horse Bow evades - Yes?

3. If Horse Bow lose against Archers by score of 7 to 3, then the Horse Bow is destroyed - Yes?

4. If Horse Bow fight Knights and lose by score of 9 to 4, then the Horse Bow panic and the Knights pursue - Yes?

5. Unrelated to Horse Bow, but just wanted to ask about terrain. It seems that there is just NOT difficult terrain and difficult terrain, correct?

Thanks in advance for your time, assistance, experience, and wisdom.

Sincerely,

Chris

Looks like you got all that correct on the Horsebow.

In Triumph! there is terrain that impacts movement of mounted and some close order foot and possibly line of sight or there is open terrain which is the normal default rest of the table.

Cheers Rod. Thanks for the rapid response and clarification.

Nice to know that at least in this context, I appear to be doing something right . . .

Thanks again.

Horse bow are really fun armies to play. Triumph! really shines with them.

What battles are you thinking about?
