Would the Pavisier unit in the attached pic get an overlap in this situation please?

Sorry, trying to be precise.
Are you asking whether the flank of the spear causes an overlap on the rear of the Pavise? Or are you asking whether the Pavise causes an overlap on the bow?
Or wait -- are the two bow/spear units actually two pavise units? And the enemy unit you're thinking about is the Bad Horse?
If the latter, yes, the second Pavise causes an overlap on the Bad Horse. So the combat would be: +2 (bad horse) to +4 (Pavise), -1 to the BH for overlap, -1 to the Pavise for being hit in the flank. Final factors +1 (Bad Horse) to +3 (Pavise).
