Shot at from the rear and falling back

"74.5 When a stand is forced to fall back as a result of
distant shooting at its rear, the target stand first
turns in place 180 degrees and then falls back as
usual (see article 58)."

"58.3 When shot at from the rear, the target stand
ignores a fall back combat result and is
unaffected instead."

What happens here?

What happens here?
58.3. Shot from behind gets the target a -1, but no falling back. The other rule is a non-omission (should have been removed but wasn't in error) survival from a previous version; it has been fixed in the final version (which will be out very soon now).
