27.2c Centre Deployment

The rule says that you have to deploy at least 24 points, but if you have more than 24 points in battle line troops must the excess stands be deployed in the centre zone at this time (27.2c), or can the excess stands be deployed in the centre zone during step 27.2e after viewing the opponent's full setup in step 27.2.d?

Similarly, can non-battle line troops that were not deployed in the centre zone during step 27.2c be deployed in the centre zone during step 27.2e, or must they be deployed only in one of the two flank zones?

Which means you can put any other (beyond 24 pts) battle line troops anywhere you want, whether in the center (if you wish) or in zones other than the center (if you wish).
