Re: Campaign Book General Structure
As I am from Germany - here is one thing I spotted: It is called "Mittelalterliche s Deutschland" - just in case this was not only a typo in your post ;) By the way: if you ever plan to do a translation in German, we are more than happy to support with proofreading etc.! (Guess I can also talk for ...

Re: Mountain Fortress

I had to repaint it three times; the first two just didn't look right.
Note the decorative nail heads used as door bosses.

Re: Asymmetrical Battles
I love that idea of the Aztec warriors degrading when they defeat enemy units. There's a battle card waiting to be written. There are all sorts of attrition, and all sorts of systems used to reduce it (like the manipular rotation of the Romans). Modern military historians have established pretty we...

Re: 2cnd Line? Usefull or not?
DK, your comments on movement distances for grand triumph also apply to new players in the regular game. Stranded flanking forces, even fast ones, stuck on the other side of terrain seems a common new player mistake. Certainly, although I would say it differently. Understanding timing across multip...

Re: 2cnd Line? Usefull or not?
I've done it. Having a reserve that is fast enough to get to a threatened flank is really an important technique. There are other answers, though. You can sometimes force your opponent to deploy in a certain way, by your own deployment. One flank often has more terrain, and therefore is unlikely to ...
