I really like that idea of battle card tokens or 3D representations of the impacts of battle cards where possible.

Just checking the minimum numbers above, you had 4 skirmishers. That's 12 points you appear to have reallocated to warband. That is certainly a change in agression levels for an army. I'm working with multiple armies for a Grand Triumph! army so some good stuff to think about there.
