Started an Ancient Gauls project and here are some images I took of the first minis I painted. I am working on cav atm and will post some pics. found the book re-pikemen. Bosworth 1485 by Michael Jones. "The army’s backbone was a force of over a thousand French pikemen recruited from a disbanded war camp at Pont-de-l’Arche in upper Normandy."

In 1460 Margaret of Anjou fled to Scotland with her son Edward to gain Scottish support. She was given a Scottish army by Queen Mary and invaded northern England where she fought several battles until defeated at the Battle of Towton. I believe pikemen were used at Bosworth.
