The camp was primed black, then dry brushed earth brown and “terra cotta”. The Asherah pole was removed and will be replaced by a few goats, which better matches the archaeology.

Gilgamesh and Enkidu exploring the cedar forest in search of the legendary Humbaba. Gilgamesh is from Eureka. Enkidu is a Khurasan caveman figure. It should look good when placed in the middle of a large patch of woods.

A few more terrain items are finished. The Sumerian reed house is from Acheson creations. I used two of the beer-drinking figures from Eureka, two Blue Moon natives, and a model railroad palm tree to make a scene to go along with the house. Excellent work. I like the way you did different color schemes for the ground cover for each camp. What was your source for the equipment (sacks, etc.) around the tents?

I would also like to know more about that Hittite chariot lurking on the edge of the photo.
