Re: Alignment question

Thanks for the clarification.

BTW, I really enjoyed my Crusader/Arab 28mm game Friday at Cold Wars. I don't have enough players down here to do a mult-army game. Seeing all the figures and working together adds to the game for me.

Thanks, Jeff

Alignment question

In a recent game, an attacker moved on the flank of a defender. In doing so he came into side-edge-to-side- edge contact with another defender. This second defender had a front edge to front edge contact with the first defender and happened to be aligned in the same direction as the attacker. The at...

Rules questions

We have been playing in the Tampa area recently and have uncovered two questions that don't seem covered by the rules (not that they should be as both are unusual cases). What would be the official or semi-official answers to : 1. For a double move when outside 8MU from enemy, if the first move star...

Re: Group moves.. clarification

Had 4 players last night and we did 7 games overall. Some more clarifications needed. 1. If a heavy foot is partially in difficult terrain and is fighting a foot unit totally in clear, does the foot unit in the clear fight with a -2 as well? 2. We assume a unit defending the camp that needs to fallb...

Re: Group moves.. clarification

Played 4 more games tonight and uncovered a few more questions for clarification. Re my earlier comment on article 35, to clarify my situation say I have a group of 3 archers in front and 3 knights in contact behind them all facing the same, do they constitute a group and can be moved with one CP? A...

Group moves.. clarification

Article 35 on group moves would seem to allow a two stands of different type (say heavy foot and archer) to be in full front to back contact and facing the same direction to be a group. Is that correct? Also if a supported unit which is flanked loses the combat and is eliminated, is the supporting u...
