Rod,
Great info for those with one or two DBA armies.
The 8 Triumph armies I use for my teaching were made
from the 10 DBA armies I used for teaching DBA.
I had a few extra before and now.
Works well for teaching, but the units are not always from the same period.

Unknown how Triumph will go, so 2 sessions on Friday is a start. Our Saturday (I'm part of the Colby's that host Drums) sessions fill up with good variety. I bel...

Rod,
Do count round one at the October Pro or Con in Lavonia a Norman Victory?
Both flanks were routed.

Center deployment troops
The revised setup rules are much clearer and are more reasonable. I assume the "Center Deployment Troops" refers to the 24 points of units required for the "Battle Line" (about half of the army). After the Advantaged player deploys all of his troops (less any for a flank march), the Disadvantage pla...

There is no PEL on the Pro or Con website yet. Do you know what time(s) you are running your event in October?

Re: Flank march placement, 39.8e
Yes, it answer the question. Added comment, if deploying in the woods, all the units would have to be open foot.
Closed foot and mounted can not deploy in a flank march in restricted terrain.

Flank march placement, 39.8e
The initial placement, All units must be within 4 MU from the edge. Does this mean that if the side edge has 2 MU wide edge terrain piece (say woods) that all the units may be placed n 4 MU, beyond the terrain (as long as there are no enemy units within 4 MU)? OR does it mean that the units can be p...

Medieval Swedish
The general is correctly listed as Bad horse or Heavy foot, it is the army list that is wrong. The Elite foot listed should be listed as Heavy foot (read the description of the troops, not elite).
