Battle cards for Grand Triumph

Some battle cards in Triumph are available at zero cost for the first card. Do armies qualify for 3 zero cost cards for a triple army of 144 points?

Mostly that is "per command", Spencer. So if you have a triple Marian Roman army you might get one "Hold the Line" per command for free. Which is 3 of them, but only in a very specific way.

But the draft GT rules includes discussion of how each Battle Card is implemented when we are talking about GT. DS and I are supposed to make some time to go over those rules again, this week or the next.
